FAQ: Should I optimize ad campaigns for ‘view contents’, ‘add to carts’, ‘landing page views’ objectives?

Let me ask you one question first. What is your end goal? Is your end goal getting ‘add to carts’ or ‘landing page views’? Or is your end goal getting a sale? When it comes to machine learning, you now get exactly what you ask for. If you ask for landing page views, you get landing page views. If you ask for add to carts, you get add to carts. But do not expect something else as a result. So if you are optimizing campaigns for landing page views, do not expect the users to also convert after landing on your page. You asked for landing page views, so your ad platform targeted those people who are most likely to click on an ad and land on a page. You did not ask for sales. So your ad platform won’t target those people who are most likely to purchase after landing on a page... Similarly, If you are optimizing campaigns for ‘add to carts’, do not expect the users to also purchase after adding items to cart. You asked for ‘add to carts’, so your ad platform targeted those people who are mos...

SEO Glossary: 72 SEO Terms [2022]

Like other specialized industries, search engine optimization has its own set of terms, abbreviations, and industry jargon. Phrases like   XML sitemap ,   page title ,   alternative text , and   301 redirects   are puzzling at first. Here, we decode 72 common SEO terms using everyday language. Our goal is to set aside the complex jargon to make SEO more accessible and actionable.  301 Redirect:  A signal to the search engines that a web page has moved. A person attempting to reach the original page gets taken to a new page that’s the closest match. 404 Error:  A type of technical SEO error that signals the web page could not be found (often because it’s been moved or deleted). Algorithm:  A formula that calculates the rank of search engine results. These algorithms evolve with the goal of providing a searcher with the most relevant content based on their specific search. Alternative Text:  Tags placed on images which provide the s...

What is the most important Google ranking factor?

There is an extremely huge list of all the factors that are a part of your rank in the Google Search Engine. Google even has its own  search quality evaluation guidelines  that are frequently updated and worth to check out. However, having this big list it’s really hard not to lose your tactics and know what to look for to improve your ranking. So in between hundreds of all the factors, here are the main ones I would exclude that need more attention: Page quality Google itself indicates the most important factors of the page quality. How to know if your website can be highly rated? The Purpose of the Page  - Google cares about the growth of the internet and the benefits of the websites in it. Common helpful and beneficial page purposes include sharing information that could even be personal or social, sharing any forms of media, files and software to download, sharing original opinion or point of view, entertaining, selling products or services that are on demand, allowin...

Google: Customer Reviews Not A Signal For Web Search

Google’s John Mueller on Customer Reviews & SEO While Google does show information about customer reviews in search results, such as aggregate star ratings, they are not a factor for determining the ranking of web content. Mueller says: “As far as I know we don’t use the number of customers or reviews when it comes to web search, with regards to ranking. Sometimes we do pull that information out and we might show it as kind of a rich result in the search results.” Google’s customer review rich results can give the impression they’re being used as a ranking signal, but that isn’t the case. Backlinks case study- SEO

I wanna share with you my link building study form past 2 years. First, you should know that I’m no beginner, I’m in SEO for almost decade. This case for one of my sites; as you can see somewhere in January 2020 I bought decent number of entry level link inserts. Site immediately start to go up, and then because of lack of the budget I decided to continue with fucking PBNs. As you can see those PBNs almost sent my site to graveyard- I thought that it’s up to google updates or up on page SEO. So I started to do some on page SEO again and again, ‘til I realized that it’s up to PBNs. So I decided one more time to buy niche edits and my site was sent to the stars. Also, I build some PBNs for other sites but I wasn’t so bad attack like on this site. So I realize that is better to buy 10 quality links then 1000 PBNs *Just to notice, I didn’t want to show you statistic from GSC because I did some marketing and ads, so the traffic number won’t be the same* Give me your thought about this...
